Never Home Alone by Rob Dunn This book was literally lifechanging. It completely recontextualized how I think about ecology, and made just existing in the world so much more FUN. It's a really friendly overview of a bunch the critters we share our spaces with.
Platonic by Marisa Franco I love this book SO MUCH. I literally reread parts of it before any big new social engagement just to remind myself not to freak out. It covers making new friends, keeping old ones, and better understanding how you approach relationships--A fantastic book for fellow friendship enthusiasts.
Strange Bedfellows by Ina Park This book was so much fun. It's a super informative exploration of the microbes, behavior, history, and stigmas around various STIs, and the author is very funny with a great voice. I highly reccomend it to any sex-havers, public health enthusiasts, or anyone who likes learning new things in general!
